چکیده
Abstract We examined the agreement between heart rate deflection point (HRDP) variables with maximal lactate steady state (MLSS) in a sample of young males categorized to different body mass statuses using index (BMI) cut-off points. One hundred and eighteen (19.9 ± 4.4 years) underwent standard running incremental protocol individualized speed increment 0.3 1.0 km/h for HRDP determination. was determined modified D max method called S.D . MLSS 2-5 series constant-speed treadmill runs. Heart (HR) blood concentration (La) were measured all tests. defined as yielding La increase less than 1 mmol/L during last 20 min. Good observed HR participants (±1.96; 95% CI = −11.5 +9.2 b/min, ICC 0.88; P < 0.001). −0.40 +0.42 km/h, 0.98; The same findings when groups. In conclusion, can be used simple, non-invasive time-efficient objectively determine submaximal aerobic performance nonathletic adult men varying status, according chosen standards

Maximal lactate steady state in Judo Introduction
Numberless research articles in sports sciences are aimed to validate evaluation tests of physical capacity that are specific for the reality of the sportive activities1-5, thus stimulating and monitoring the training effectiveness6. Within this perspective, there are few specific tests for judo7. The fact that judo is a complex modality with several body movements and metabolic interactions, m...
متن کاملEstimation of the Maximal Lactate Steady State in Endurance Runners.
This study aimed to predict the velocity corresponding to the maximal lactate steady state (MLSSV) from non-invasive variables obtained during a maximal multistage running field test (modified University of Montreal Track Test, UMTT), and to determine whether a single constant velocity test (CVT), performed several days after the UMTT, could estimate the MLSSV. Within 4-5 weeks, 20 male runners...
متن کاملMaximal lactate steady state during exercise in blood of horses.
The speed producing the maximal lactate steady state (maxLASS) is supposed to be the optimal speed to condition for endurance. The maxLASS was defined as the maximal speed at which the blood lactate concentration ([LA]) between the 5th and the 25th min of continuous exercise did not increase by more than 1 mmol/L. According to the aerobic-anaerobic lactate threshold concept determined in humans...
متن کاملValidity of the heart rate deflection point as a predictor of lactate threshold during running.
During an incremental run test, some researchers consistently observe a heart rate (HR) deflection at higher speeds, but others do not. The present study was designed to investigate whether differences in test protocols could explain the discrepancy. Additionally, we sought to determine whether the HR deflection point accurately predicts lactate threshold (LT). Eight trained runners performed f...
متن کاملKinematical Analysis along Maximal Lactate Steady State Swimming Intensity.
The purpose of this study was to conduct a kinematical analysis during swimming at the intensity corresponding to maximal lactate steady state (MLSS). Thirteen long distance swimmers performed, in different days, an intermittent incremental protocol of n x 200 m until exhaustion and two to four 30-min submaximal constant speed bouts to determine the MLSS. The video analysis, using APAS System (...
